Luna's defender is an ex-army Land Rover Wolf. That has been fitted with a wood fired pizza oven.

The Wolf defender is a light military vehicle based on the Land Rover Defender introduced in 1994. It is far stronger and more reliable than the original Land Rover Defender on which it was based.

Cooking over an open flame in a wood-fired oven cooks vegetables and fruits very quickly and helps them retain specific nutrients and antioxidants.

Since the pizza cooks very quickly in a wood fired oven, it has the effect of imparting a delightful contrast on the finished pizza. The bottom of the crust will cook very quickly, giving it a pleasing charred flavour on the edges that makes it taste just a little smoky, in a good way.
